Congratulations to Jim Booth (training coordinator, Cardinal Criminal Justice Academy) and Scott Schwarzer (lieutenant, Radford Department of Police) for completing the County Music Half Marathon in Nashville, TN. Jim finished the 13.1 mile race in 1:46:30 and Scott finished in 2:01:51. Great effort.

I finally had a chance to visit with the new, super-sized Scott family. The new baby daughter is now officially named Mary Grace Scott. Everyone looks like they are doing fine and they will be ready to take their new baby home tomorrow.
