During the weeks of July 4 through July 16, 2005, the Department is re-locating to the Ninth Street office building. New stationary and letterhead has been ordered to reflect the change of address. Please update your records accordingly. All staff phone numbers will remain the same. In addition, delivery of mail to the old address will be forwarded to our new location.
