Now You Can Junk Up Your Google Page

iGoogleIs there nothing that is sacred? I ran across a way for you to “personalize” your Google page – which is the politically correct way of saying you can junk it up. Personally I think it is heresy to change that nice, clean, white Google page but what do I know.

With iGoogle, you can start by adding a colorful theme to your page but you can do much more. There are numerous widgets that allow you to build a custom Google page including calendars, clocks, news headlines and videos. If you do not like the stock widgets, you can design your own.

So go ahead, junk up (I mean personalize) your Google page all you like. I am leaving mine in it’s pure white virgin state.

  2. Gracious! I had no idea that “personalizing” your Google page was such e-blasphemy. What’s wrong with having your daily crossword and weather on there? What’s the penalty for having The Sisyphus Comments saved as a “favorite?”

Rich’s Response: Thank Goodness I was able to get to you before you screwed up and added a template to your homepage!
