Marine Corp Marathon Training Schedule

If you are considering training for the Marine Corp Marathon but don’t know how much time and energy you will have to commit to training, take a look at the attached training schedule that we plan to use. The schedule was adapted from the Runner’s World magazine recommendations. Just put your miles and time in the appropriate cells and the spreadsheet keeps your weekly and overall mileage totals.
