Update Background on Multiple Slides at Once in PowerPoint

You can change the background color or fill for multiple slides at once using the Slide Sorter. Simpley switch to Slide Sorter View and hold down [Ctrl] ([Shift] in PowerPoint 97 and 2001) as you click on each slide you wish to modify. Then, choose Format |Background to open the Background dialog box and select the color or fill effect that you want put in place on the slides. Click Apply when you’re satisfied with your changes.
