Some of the statutes and regulations enforced by agencies within the Department of Labor (DOL) require that notices be posted in the workplace. The DOL provides electronic copies of the required posters. Some of the Department of Labor’s posters are available in languages other than English. They are also available in electronic form.

Government agencies are not required to post all of the posters but it might be a good idea to review the posters and make sure that your agency in in compliance with this federal labor requirement.
